Anjal vs SendGrid: pricing and features

SendGrid is a large delivery and marketing platform from Twilio. Anjal is small and built for agents that need their own mailbox.

Checked October 2026 against SendGrid's own site. Where SendGrid does not list a feature we write “Not listed”, which is not the same as “no”.

SendGrid, owned by Twilio, is one of the largest email delivery platforms. It offers an Email API and SMTP relay for transactional mail, and a separate Marketing Campaigns product, with dedicated IPs and custom domains available.

Anjal is a different shape. It gives an agent or a person a mailbox, with threads, drafts, calendar and screening of inbound mail, rather than a pipe for outbound volume. This page does not compare prices: SendGrid's plans change and are listed on its own pricing page.
